Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, the probe's lifespan is many times longer than that of standard glass or plastic probes.

1. Filling the membrane module with electrolyte
Fill the membrane module with the original electrolyte up to the mark. Gently tap it to release any trapped air bubbles.2. Mounting the probe
Screw the probe into the module. While doing so, gently hold the membrane on the bottom side of the module with your index finger. Tighten until you feel the probe tip touching the membrane. After tightening, the membrane should be slightly convex. If there is no direct contact, the probe will not measure correctly. Excess electrolyte will drain through a micro-vent - never cover or seal this vent!3. Activating the probe
Before placing it in the flow cell, shake the probe (like a thermometer). Insert it into a flow cell and connect the cable. Let the probe stabilise for at least one hour after connection - this allows the signal to settle in the new electrolyte. Once the signal is stable, proceed with calibration.

Assign a specific free chlorine concentration in mg/L (ppm) to the current mV signal. Since the mV signal is not linear to chlorine concentration, you must calibrate to the value you want to maintain in the pool - or a slightly higher value. Never calibrate to a lower value.
Calibration steps
- Check the pH of the water - it must be between 6,8 and 7,4. Outside this range, the probe may show inaccurate or false values. Adjust pH first if needed.
- Measure free chlorine using a digital photometer (DPD1 test). Take the sample from a point after the pump and before the filter, as close as possible to the probes. This prevents errors caused by sampling from the pool where the water may not be fully mixed.
- If the photometer reading and the probe display differ by less than 0,2 ppm, calibration is not necessary.
- If the photometer reading is equal to or higher than your target free chlorine level, enter this value in the CLF probe calibration menu. If the photometer reading is lower, first raise the free chlorine level in the water.

If your target is 0,6 ppm, the controller shows 0,6 ppm, but the photometer reads only 0,3 ppm, manually increase the target value on the controller to 0,7 ppm and wait until this value is stably displayed. Then mesure again with the photometer. If the photometer reading reaches 0,7 ppm or more, enter this valuein the CLF probe calibration menu. Tip til opstart og drift af KLX
Før du køber:
- Tænk på om du skal bruge KLX til at styre lyset (max 50 W). I det tilfælde, reserverer anlægget ca. 25% af energien til lys. Gå derfor en størrelse op i KLX
Opstart
- Justér, manuelt, pH og klor til de ønskede værdier (fx pH 7,0 og klor 1,0)
- Justér alkalinitet til 80 -120
- Sikre solidt jordforbindelse til anlægget. (tjek at der er jord i stikkontakten)
- Tjek at der IKKE er cyanursyre i vandet
- Justér saltniveau til 0,4 % / 4000 TDS
- Indstil flow koden til 3 (padle or gas) i ekstra settings, hvis anlægget er monteret med padle sensor
Kalibrering
- Start altid med [reset] (står i menuen)
- Brug altid neutral buffervæske mellem hver buffer væske
- Tjek, manuelt, pH og cL én gang om ugen og tjek at det svarer til værdierne i displayet. Ved større afvigelser skal du kalibrere
WiFi
- Vær MEGET GRUNDIG når du taster router navn og password til router
- Bogstavet o bruges aldrig! Det vil altid være 0 (nul)
- De to grønne lamper skal lyse konstant for at der er forbindelse oprettet
- Kan anlægget ikke ’’nå’’ routeren kan en WiFi extender bruges. Alternativt kan du købe en LAN boks som kobler LAN-kablet direkte i anlægget
Fejlfinding
- Hvis pH eller redox værdierne er ustabile undersøges for krybestrøm. Det gøres lettest ved at tage et glas poolvand og sætte sensoren deri. Er visningerne stabile her, skal poolen og pool-anlægget neutraliseres for krybestrøm. Det kan gøres ved at jordforbinde anlægget og alle elektriske komponenter. Endvidere skal vandet jordes, ved at montere en jordanode (varenummer: 39-29xxxx)

Fejl søgning af KLX
1) Hvis cellen ikke producerer/producerer nok:
- Tjek filterpumpe er ON i displayet
- Tjek om der er en alarm i displayet
- Tjek ydelsen på cellen i % (Da-gen) eller gr. (KLX) under hydrolysis menu.
- Tjek for flow fejl.
- Tjek temp. i bassinet.
- Tjek salt indhold i vandet.
- Tjek cellen for kalk belægninger.
- Tjek timetæller til cellen (Garanti op til 8000 timer)
- Tjek pool-lyset, hvis det er ON i styringen, reduceres effekten af cellen med 30%.
- Er der ACO (UV-beskyttelse) i pool-vandet. (ved udendørs bassiner)
- Tjek set punkt på klor/Redox værdi.
- Er sensoren kalibreret korrekt.
- Tjek evt. cover reduktion (er cover ON = klor reduktion)
2) Hvis PH pumpen ikke vil doserer:
- Er der AL3 alarm i display (tilladt doseringstid) Nulstilles denne ved langt tryk på AL3 på Da-Gen eller ⬅️ på KLX. Doseringstiden kan indstilles i Dos. pumpe AL3 menu
- Er afbryderen på syrepumpen tændt
- Tjek for flowfejl
- Tjek set punkt for PH værdi
- Er sensoren kalibreret korrekt
- Tjek om Syredunken er tom
- Tjek pumpeslange, doserings slanger og doserings nippel
KLX overdoserings fejlfinding.
- Kontroller, om pH-værdien er stabil. Hvis pH-værdien ikke er stabil, får du ikke Redox målingen under kontrol. Redox målingen er meget afhængig af en stabil pH værdi.
- Alkaliniteten: Skal ligge mellem 80-120. Hvis alkaliteten er over 120, påvirkes pH-målingen kraftigt, hvorefter Redox målingen bliver ukorrekt og derfor ender i forkert klorværdi.
- Kontroller den reelle klorværdi i poolen, mål det med dit måleudstyr. (Evt. Photometer eller Scubatester)
- På KLX: Tjek Serviceindstillinger>Elektrolysetilstand: den skal stå på 1
- Hvis du har et automatisk poolcover, skal du aktivere coverfunktionen for at reducere produktionen, når coveret er rullet på.
- Hvis du stadig har Problemer, skal du aktivere Alarm 4 i ekstra indstillinger under Hidro modul eller Electro modul.
Juster dit Redox-sætpunkt i henhold til din reelle klormåling. Hvis klorniveauet er for højt med RX (ORP) 700, skal du justere det til 600 og kontrollere klorniveauet senere, når Rx 600 er i orden. Men gør dette først, hvis alkalinitet og pH-værdien er i orden.
ALARM 4
Cellestop: fungerer som Alarm 3. Hvis enheden ikke nåede det indstillede punkt i cellestoptiden, aktiveres alarm 4, og produktionen af cellen stopper.
Rx Jam Level: HVIS du indtaster RX Jam Level "X" mV. Og indtaster Jam Time minimum"Y" Skal enheden nå at producere "X" mV indenfor "Y" minimumstiden, hvis det mislykkes stopper Alarm 4 produktionen.

TIP 1:Klorsensoren (en amperometrisk sonde) har en katode og en anode (kobber og guld). Når vandet strømmer gennem kammeret, genererer det en strøm (mikroampere) mellem Au / Cu, der går direkte til enheden gennem de røde / sorte ledninger. Cl-chippen oversætter denne strøm til ppm (forholdet er 35microAmps = 1ppm). Vær opmærksom på, at vandstrømmen genererer denne strøm. Det er grunden til, at hvis du ændrer flowet gennem målecellen, ændres aflæsningen, og naturligvis er det frie klor det samme i poolen.
Det er vigtigt at have et konstant flow for at have en korrekt klorvisning. Det andet vigtige punkt er kalibreringen. Vi giver enheden 2 referencer, en 0 værdi (lukning af ventilen) og værdien af klor i puljen målt med DPD1. Hvis værdien på poolen er tæt på 0, giver vi enheden en dårligere reference, fordi begge er tæt på hinanden. Vi anbefaler at have en værdi i poolen tæt på det ønskede niveau af frit klor, på denne måde gemmes kalibreringskurven korrekt.
De små kuglers funktion er at rense kobberet, da det er meget vigtigt at have en ren overflade for, at opnå den rigtige strøm mellem kobber og guld.
